Note: These Directories went to ALL associated NGOs such as the Watchtower. Always keep in mind that the leaders at Bethel (known to JWs as the "Faithful and Discreet Slave") received these Directories when they were produced by the NGO/DPI section at the UN. Notice that the introduction sections of the 97-98, 99-00 and 01-02 Directories all list the Criteria for Association, etc. Now tell me that no one at Bethel, a publishing company whose leadership is suppose to be "Discreet" and who had to renew its "association" each and every year with the UN, didn't bother to read the introduction sections in these Directories."
